RETURNS POLICY

We have a history of happy customers, but if for any reason our product does not entirely meet your expectations, you may return unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or credit of the value of the item and any taxes you were charged to your original form of payment, less the original shipping and handling charges. You will receive a refund through the same payment method used for your purchase a few days after you get an email from us with your credit memo. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your return, providing items received are in unused, re-saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. Please note that we reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse any return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For your convenience we offer two options of how to return the goods to us:

OPTION 1: YOUR MOST CONVENIENT OPTION
    1. Click here to request a return by confirming your personal information stating the order number of the products you wish to return. If you are registered user, you can also use the “My Account” section to start the return process.
      • After you submitted your details, our logistics partner (DHL) will be in contact with you within 2 working days to arrange the pick-up of your goods
      • No postage required, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
      • Costs for returns are:
        • Portugal Mainland: 4.00€
        • Spain Mainland: 7.00€
        • UK: 8.00 GBP
        • Central*: 10.00€
        • Nordic & East**: 12.00€
    2. Fill out the returns form that was included in the original shipment and return along with your goods (if you can’t find the return form, you can download it here).
    3. Pack your goods (if possible, use the original outer packaging).
    4. Consign your goods to DHL.
    5. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your return, providing items received are in an unworn, re-saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging

  1. Fill out the returns form that was included in the original shipment and return along with your goods (if you can’t find the return form, you can download it here).
  2. Pack your goods (if possible, use the original outer packaging)
  3. You drop the box at a shipping partner of your choice, covering the costs of returning your goods to us for an exchange or refund
    • We recommend you use a secure, tracked postal service or courier as we aren’t responsibility for your return until it arrives back with us
    • Please ensure you retain a proof of postage and tracking number
